OutLasted is operated by Talha Ahmad. These Terms apply when you visit outlasted.lol, submit content, create an account, or buy placement. By using OutLasted, you also agree to the Rules. The Privacy Policy explains how data is handled.

You must be at least 18, able to enter a binding agreement, and legally allowed to use the service. If you act for an organization, you confirm that you can bind it.

Each enabled checkout is a separate one-time purchase of the paid advertising placement shown before payment. It is not a subscription, stored balance, transferable credit, prize, wager, investment, ownership interest, or purchase of the promoted product.

Placement order can change when other eligible entries pay, a period resets, a payment is reversed, or content is removed. OutLasted does not guarantee a rank duration, audience size, impressions, clicks, leads, sales, revenue, or any other outcome.

Whop provides checkout and may process payment, calculate tax, issue a receipt, screen transactions, and apply its buyer terms. The exact amount and currency are shown before you authorize payment. OutLasted does not store full card numbers.

We may decline or cancel a transaction when required by law, Whop, card-network rules, fraud controls, safety review, or technical limits. A reversed, refunded, or disputed payment loses its corresponding placement value immediately.

Placement normally begins as soon as payment is confirmed, so completed purchases are final and non-refundable. Being outranked, receiving less traffic than expected, changing your mind, submitting content that breaks the Rules, or losing access to your destination does not qualify for a refund.

This does not remove rights that cannot legally be waived. OutLasted or Whop may correct a duplicate or incorrect charge, a verified unauthorized payment, or a confirmed failure to provide any purchased placement. Any required refund or reversal removes the matching paid value from the placement.

You may submit only content and destinations you own or are authorized to represent. You remain responsible for their legality, accuracy, claims, permissions, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, and required disclosures.

You keep ownership of your content and grant OutLasted a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, cache, resize, crop, reproduce, and display it as needed to operate, secure, explain, and promote OutLasted. The license ends when the content is removed, except for backups, legal records, and material already used to document the service.

OutLasted screens submissions before checkout. Passing that screen does not guarantee permanent placement: OutLasted may later review, reject, recategorize, pause, remove, or block content and access to enforce the Rules, protect users, prevent fraud, comply with Whop, or follow the law. We may preserve evidence and transaction records for security, disputes, audits, and legal obligations.

Do not submit material that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights. A complaint should identify the rights owner, the protected work or mark, the exact OutLasted URL, why the use is not authorized, your contact details, and a physical or electronic signature. We may forward a complaint to the submitter, request more information, restrict the material while reviewing it, and act against repeat infringers. Knowingly false complaints may create legal liability.

Promoted destinations belong to third parties. An OutLasted placement is not verification, endorsement, or warranty of the promoted party. OutLasted may change, pause, or discontinue features or categories and does not promise uninterrupted availability.

To the extent permitted by law, OutLasted is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties. To the same extent, the operator’s total liability for a claim relating to OutLasted is limited to the greater of USD $100 or the amount you paid through OutLasted in the six months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, remedy, consumer right, or liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited.

We may update these Terms when OutLasted or the law changes. Material changes apply prospectively after appropriate notice. Applicable law governs without taking away any mandatory rights available where you live.
