OutLasted is operated by Talha Ahmad. This policy covers visitors, submitters, buyers, account holders, and people who contact OutLasted. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to talha@trydelta.io.

• Information you submit, such as product URLs, category, placement amount, contact email, product details, and uploaded media.
• Account, session, support, report, appeal, and rights-complaint information.
• Technical and security data such as IP address, timestamps, pages requested, browser or device information, referring page, session identifiers, and abuse signals.
• Payment confirmation from Whop, including transaction references, amount, currency, status, refunds, and disputes. OutLasted does not store full card numbers.

Approved names, descriptions, categories, destinations, media, positions, and paid totals are public. Historical ranking and payment adjustment records may remain visible to keep the board transparent. Do not submit personal information you do not want displayed.

OutLasted uses data to create sessions and accounts; validate, enrich, display, and moderate submissions; calculate placement; process and reconcile payments; answer messages; prevent fraud and abuse; keep audit records; measure service activity; and improve reliability.

The legal basis depends on the activity and your location. It may be performance of a contract, steps you request before a contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing OutLasted, legal obligations, or consent where consent is required.

OutLasted uses first-party cookies or browser storage for authentication, guest sessions, security, activity counts, and theme choice. OutLasted loads Google Analytics on public pages to measure visits and navigation. Google Analytics may set analytics cookies or similar identifiers. Advertising storage, ad personalization, advertising user data, and Google Signals are disabled, and OutLasted does not use Analytics for advertising.

Browser privacy settings and content-blocking tools may limit this measurement. Depending on where you live, you may also have the rights described below.

Data is shared only as reasonably needed with service providers such as Amazon Web Services for infrastructure, Whop for checkout and payment, Google for analytics, security and support providers, and professional advisers. It may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect people or the service, investigate fraud, enforce rights, or complete a business transfer with appropriate safeguards.

OutLasted does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Providers may process information in countries other than yours using safeguards required by applicable law.

OutLasted keeps information only as long as reasonably needed for the service, public ranking history, payments, tax, fraud prevention, security, disputes, backups, and legal obligations. Deletion requests do not require removal of records that must be kept for these purposes.

OutLasted uses encryption in transit, access controls, private database networking, secure password hashing, backups, rate limits, signed webhook verification, and audit records. No online service can promise absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a portable copy of your personal data, or complain to a regulator. OutLasted may verify your identity before acting. Send requests to talha@trydelta.io.

OutLasted is for adults and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. Contact us if you believe a minor submitted data. This policy may change when OutLasted or the law changes; the updated date will appear above and material changes will receive appropriate notice.
